We scope one workflow from our desk catalogue, configure it on our AI stack, and run with weekly check-ins to a clear success definition. At the end you get a decision pack: continue on a Desk, adjust, or stop. If you then take a Desk, £750 (half of the £1,500) is credited to that Desk's setup fee only, once, if the Desk order is signed by the end of the 14th calendar day after the Sprint end date. The Sprint end date is day 0. Signing during the Sprint also qualifies.
